  • 1) What are the stuff that you do?

    We create explainer animated videos which help to convey your messages to everyone. We inject sense of humor and fun into the videos we produced to capture people’s attention and interests. Check out our portfolio to see some samples of what we do. Other than that, we are also involved in TV commercials, product demos and 3D architectural visualization.

  • 2) How do I get started and what are the processes involved?

  • 3) How long does it take to deliver a one-minute animation?

    Normally, it will take about two to three weeks. However, it depends on the level of complexity of the animation.

  • 4) Will it be possible to deliver an animation within a tight deadline, let’s say within one week?

    Yes, it is possible. However, a rushed fee will be reflected in the invoice.

  • 5) What factors are taken into consideration when it comes to quoting?

    Duration of the video is the first factor which will be taken into consideration when it comes to quoting. Usually, we charge based on one minute of animation and the subsequent minutes will be quoted accordingly. Other than that, the style and level of complexity of the animation will be taken into consideration. For example, a 3D animation will cost more than a 2D animation.

  • 6) What does the cost include?

    The cost is inclusive of creative script writing, character sheet, animation and one  (1) round of revision (unless stated in the package). The cost, however, does not include the voice-over, voice-over sample and subsequent revisions will be charged accordingly, depending on the level of complexity, unless otherwise agreed upon prior to the commencement of the project.

  • 7 ) What if there will be more than one (1) round of revision (as described above)?

    Clients will be given updates from time to time, throughout the whole process of producing the animation, to ensure that our clients are on the same page with us. We do not offer unlimited revisions and any ‘after production’  revisions will be charged at an hourly rate of $45 (USD).

  • 8) For voice-over, what are the languages available?

    We work closely with a large database of voice-over artists for a huge variety of languages and accents. Voice-over samples are available upon request by our clients.

  • 9) What are the payment terms?

    50% deposit is required before the commencement of the project and 50% upon completion of the project, before we release the final file. In addition, official invoices will be generated. Client to bear any transaction costs.

  • 10) Do you add your credit at the end of the video ?

    Yes, Kasra Design reserves the right in its sole discretion to display its tagline at the end of the project unless otherwise mutually agreed upon by both parties prior to the commencement of the project. There will be an extra charge of USD500 should you require a white label version.

  • 11) I have approved the script & storyboard, can I change them again during animating stage?

    Once the client has approved the script and storyboard as part of the pre-production stage, there will be extra charges for changes to the script and storyboard, depending on the complexity of the request.
