The Client
Firm360 is a cloud based platform that simplifies client management for accounting firms. It brings together project tracking, document management, e-signatures, and many other important features under one roof.
They approached us for an explainer video that could walk viewers through the benefits of their system in a clear and watch worthy way. The idea was to show how the software manages tax preparation and client collaboration without overwhelming the audience with boring technical details.
The Process
We began with script writing and wrote a story centered on their platform’s ease of use and practical value. Once script was signed off, our team worked on a storyboard sketch to visualize the script in the best way possible.
When approvals came in, the digital storyboard was created to show how the final frames will look like throughout the video.
Next was the animation and compositing stage to give life to the character and user interface elements. To top it off, we made some smooth transitions where the characters rotate and moves to the next scene seamlessly.
As part of our usual process, music and voice-over were synced to the visuals to complete the output.
As planned, the final video presents a complex software in simple terms.
